Long Beach may come second in city size next to Los Angeles in L.A. County, but it’s no less varied in neighborhood diversity.

Many Long Beach neighborhoods become hubs of activity in summer because of an abundance of retail shops and restaurants. Scenic and historic features set it apart from the rest of Los Angeles. Here are 4 popular Long Beach experiences we’re sure you’ll fall in love with.

Friendly gondoliers cruise these waterways from mid-day to almost midnight, but sunset is especially popular for a romantic cruise.
